Gaming is a good way to spend our time. Especially during this bad time, it keeps us happy. Communicating with our teammates is the most fun, at least for me it is. My teammates mean a lot to me, I mean other people might think they are strangers and our parents also might be wondering what's going on with our son/daughter, whom the hell are they talking to? Well, they don't know what bond we have created with our teammates. Especially when you know your teammates and they are your good friends for months/years. I want to share my experience with you. My lineup consists of 7 of my teammates, all 7 are really good friends of mine. We have a great bond that results in good coordination and makes us a family. We can be straight forward with each other, we can correct each other, we can advise each other to improve in something specific. I know many clans in which there are multiple lineups that keep changing. I found them quite boring, to be honest. It's like in each lineup when 2 people know each other, one gets thrown in another lineup and all the synergy goes to waste. These clans just focus on making lineups with best players and keep exchanging them, they don't know that without team bonding there won't be coordination and each match would result in arguments. So, the conclusion is that it's really important to create a bond with your team, whether it's a sports team, an esports team, restaurant co-workers, colleagues or etc. It is really important to create a bond with the team to know them and to make a brotherhood.
